This unique pad is plastic coated on one side for added protection from soiling linens, furniture, and the heating pad. It is easy to apply. Pour Baar® Palma Christi or Organic Palma Christos® Castor oil onto the white absorbent side, allow the disposable pad with oil to warm on a heating pad, then gently flip the pad to the desired area of the body. Relax and enjoy! No more messy plastic wrap. These are disposable so your packs remain fresh and impurity free. May be used for approx. 8-12 applications. These disposable packs may also be used to protect your bed. Place one on the surface underneath you to protect from any dripping Castor Oil. Purchase Palma Christi or Palma Christos Castor Oil separately.
